1. General Information

1.1. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited specializes in luxury oversized T-shirts, crafted with high-quality materials that require special care.
1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Care

2.1. All our T-shirts are hand wash only.
2.2. Using a washing machine or other inappropriate cleaning methods may damage the product, and Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited will not be held responsible for such damage.
2.3. Follow the care instructions provided on the garment label to ensure longevity.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

3.1. No Return Policy: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
3.2. Exchange Policy:
• You can apply for an exchange for your order within 48 hours after the order has been delivered.
• Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size. Exchanges cannot be made for another design within the same product category or for any other product across our website.
• We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. If the reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

4. Payment Failure Policy

4.1. In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and ensure the following:
• Confirm the accuracy of the information you’ve provided, such as account details, billing address, and passwords (for Net Banking).
• Check that your internet connection was stable and not disrupted during the process.

4.2. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, the amount is usually rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For further clarification, you can email us at connect@glitchzz.com.

4.3. If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is unavailable for your postal code, you can:
• Pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
• Choose an alternate address where COD is available.

4.4. A flat fee of ₹29 is charged for all COD orders.

5. Refer and Earn Policy

5.1. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited offers a Refer and Earn Program to reward customers for referring our products to others.

5.2. Earning and Usage of Referral Credits:
• For every successful referral, you will earn 100 points, equivalent to ₹100.
• Referral credits are calculated and added to your account only after the referred customer completes a successful purchase and it is verified.
• Referral credits can only be withdrawn after reaching a minimum of 500 points (₹500).

5.3. Withdrawal and Usage Options:
• Referral credits can be exchanged for cash once the withdrawal threshold of 500 points (₹500) is met.
• Alternatively, customers can use their referral credits as a discount on future purchases directly on the website, with no minimum threshold for usage.

5.4. Once a withdrawal request is made, the payment will be initiated within 7 working days.

5.5. Referral credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

5.6. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Refer and Earn Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Processing and Shipping

6.1. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6.2. Shipping timelines vary based on the delivery location within India. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
6.3. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1. Customers who repeatedly cancel orders will be subject to account review.
7.2. If a customer cancels 4 orders continuously, their account will be permanently terminated without prior notice.
7.3. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for misuse, policy violations, or repeated cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited is not responsible for any product damage caused by improper care, including machine washing or failure to follow care instructions.
8.2. We are not liable for any loss, delays, or damage caused by third-party shipping services.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on our website, including but not limited to designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11.1. Glitchzz Apparels Private Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
